A Trip to Harwich on James Stevens No.14 where you will disembark and join a guide from The Harwich Society for a two-hour tour of old Harwich. Depart Titchmarsh Marina noon and leaving Harwich for Walton at 4 pm. £25 per person, including a donation to the Harwich Society. Please bring your own lunch to eat on the way.*

Depart Titchmarsh Marina at 8.30 am, arrive Ipswich 11 am. Depart Ipswich at 4 pm for the return journey. £30 per person.*

James Stevens No.14 will be at Walton & Frinton Yacht Club’s Open Day from 2 pm to 6 pm. You are welcome to come aboard and view the world’s oldest motor lifeboat, stationed at Walton from 1900 to 1928.

Saturday, 9 September & Sunday 10 September: National Open House Museum Weekend. THE CROSSING COTTAGE MUSEUM and FRINTON RAILWAY MUSEUM will be open: Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 2 pm to 5 pm, together with WALTON MARITIME MUSEUM, open 2 pm to 4 pm on both days as usual.
